April saw our first ever GIVEBACK where we assembled a trampoline for a very deserving family in Berkshire.

We asked you to nominate friends or family who deserved a special treat and you didn’t disappoint!  

We were blown away by the number of nominations we received as well as the kindness of so many of you for your messages about our GIVEBACK scheme.

So, we’re doing it again!  

We have partnered with Happy Hideouts and will be gifting another deserving family with a trampoline and build service.

We will be rewarding one deserving family each year with a brand-new trampoline, supplied and fully assembled by our expert team. 

What makes the Home Flatpack Giveback so special is that it’s not a competition – it’s all about recognizing the families who have made a difference in their community, shown resilience, or simply could use a little extra happiness in their lives. 

Whether it’s a family that’s been through a tough time or one that has worked hard to support others, we want to hear their story.

 

Giveback - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
   The Home Flatpack Giveback scheme is open to UK residents only. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Home Flatpack and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter
   Nominations must be submitted via our social media, by email or by sending a written nomination to the Home Flatpack postal address.  The full name and postcode of the nominated person must be supplied for the nomination to be valid.   If a different name and address is supplied later, we will not be able to proceed and will choose a new family.

3. Details
   The chosen family will receive one 10ft round trampoline.  The trampoline will be supplied and assembled by Home Flatpack at the designated location within the UK.  

4. Nominee and Selection
   The deserving family or individual will be selected by Home Flatpack based on the submission’s sincerity, thoughtfulness, and deserving nature. The chosen family will be notified by email or phone on or around July 15th  2025. If the family does not respond within 14 days, Home Flatpack reserves the right to select an alternative.

5. No Cash Alternative
   There is no cash alternative available for the product. The trampoline cannot be exchanged for any other product or service.  

6. Prize Transferability
   The trampoline and build service can only be gifted to the nominated family.  The trampoline must be assembled by us and the gift cannot be given without the build service.   There is no 'product only' option available in this scheme.

7. Data Protection
   By submitting a nomination, you consent to Home Flatpack processing the personal information provided for the purpose of administering the giveback. This includes using the name and county in publicity materials. Your data will not be shared with third parties unless required for the purpose of this giveaback.

8. Publicity
   The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity, including having their name and submission published on Home Flatpack’s website and social media channels.

9. General Terms
   Home Flatpack reserves the right to amend, extend, or cancel the giveback at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute, Home Flatpack’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.

10. Limitation of Liability
    Home Flatpack is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury that may result from accepting or using the prize. Entrants agree to indemnify Home Flatpack against any liability that may arise from the giveaway.

11. Governing Law
    This giveaway is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
