So here’s a little bit more about us.

If you’re reading this, it means we are already working on booking in your installation.

To make things a little easier, you can choose some preferred dates at the bottom of this page.

Please take a minute to read the information on this page before you scroll as it really will help your booking go as smoothly as possible.

BEFORE THE BOOKING

We will send you a confirmation email detailing the date and time slot of your booking.    This time slot will have an arrival time of either 9am to 12pm or 12pm to 5pm (depending on your preferred choices).  
You’ll receive a reminder SMS and email 24 hours before your booking.  This will be sent to the details you provided at time of purchase.
Need to change your booking date?
Please let us know as soon as possible so that we can reschedule this for you.  

ON THE DAY OF THE BOOKING

We ask all customers not to call us on the morning of the booking for a more accurate arrival time. 
This is because we don’t like to disappoint and find it better to give a morning or afternoon arrival time.  Sometimes there can be delays outside of our control.
If the weather is too unsafe for our installers to work in, we will need to reschedule the booking.  This is rare but it’s for safety reasons.
You will receive an SMS alert detailing how far away the installer is.  This arrival time is estimated as it’s based on live traffic flow.  This is generally an hour before their arrival. 
Please ensure the boxes are left in the location where the trampoline is to be assembled.  This helps us to keep on time for subsequent bookings that day. 
Please ensure the chosen build (particularly grass/lawn areas are free from any debris.  Dogs, cats and toddlers should be kept away from our installers while they’re building.  This is because we are handling small fixings and the last thing we want is for them to cause injuries.

ON COMPLETION OF THE BOOKING

When the installer has completed the build, they will take some time to complete our full checklist to ensure the trampoline has been assembled correctly.   

As part of the service you have paid for, the installer will invite you to take a walkaround the finished product.

This is your opportunity to go through the manual with them and ensure you are happy with the finished item. Feel free to ask them any questions at this point.

CAN YOU TAKE AWAY RUBBISH?

We’re unable to take away the rubbish as we do not hold a waste carrier license. 
Our installers are asked to ensure all boxes and packaging are tidied away on completion.  
Your local refuse companies will always take the packaging.

MISSING OR DAMAGED PARTS?

Before we confirm your booking, we will have been advised that all boxes have been delivered and are intact. 
In the unlikely event that there are damaged or missing parts, we’ll take care of it. 
Our installers are asked to spend the first part of their appointment inspecting all parts. 
We will let Be Active Toys know exactly which parts are needed and work with them to get any replacements sent and us to re-attend as soon as possible.
